The final session of the Leadership by Design training series convened on Friday, June 21. This 4-session series used the well-known Myers-Briggs Type Inventory as a launching point for discussion of how to recognize patterns in the self and in others and use that insight for effective leadership. Led by Mary Schechter of The Intuitive Organization, the training was offered to current and emerging leaders within the Boston Family Engagement Network.

FNC is the lead agent for this citywide network of community-based organizations coordinating programs and resources for families, and it was a true pleasure to bring together leaders in family support services for learning and mutual support.
