Specific topics include: behavior management\, personal power\, effective communication\, family support principles\, and the building of a positive self-concept. The training also addresses Nurturing Fathers’ Program implementation and the whys and hows of father engagement. \nThis training is intended for Massachusetts DCF\, Community Connections\, and FRC Staff.
