Our interactive 3-day Nurturing Fathers’ Facilitator Training teaches the values, philosophy, & constructs of the Nurturing Fathers’ Program™. Ideal for new parent educators as well as those with experience who are new to Mark Perlman’s Nurturing Fathers’ curriculum. Specific topics include: behavior management, personal power, effective communication, family support principles, and the building of a positive self-concept. The training also addresses Nurturing Fathers’ Program implementation and the whys and hows of father engagement.
