Leadership By Design II

After the success of last year’s initial Leadership By Design course, FNC was delighted to welcome Mary R. Schechter of The Intuitive Organization back in winter-spring 2025 to offer it again and to lead a new advanced module for returning participants. LBD II was a 3 day training with 30 graduates, focusing on transformative leadership using “the 6 C’s,” a model adapted from the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory.

The workshop convened an array of leaders with varied experiences, skills and positions within Boston’s early childhood and family support organizations. Through individual and group activities, participants had the opportunity to network, collaborate and learn from each other and share strategies to address situations in their daily work using newly learned concepts.

In a moving closing session, participants reflected on the intersections between profession and passion, setting goals for their future growth and development and celebrating the community of support they had built together.
